The Maid, The Loli, The Dog

This series never ceases to entertain me. I probably looked creepy as I watched this, giggling, while riding the public transport but in all seriousness, it’s fucking worth it.

I’m not familiar with DeadFish fansubs but props to them (or to whoever did the translation) for nailing this piece of work. The way they translated Shinichi’s lines felt quite an exaggeration but it fits perfectly with the character and the scenes.

I honestly have no idea how significant this concept of school is for this series. While I understand that basic education is necessary, what the fuck does voyeurism and BL have anything to do with the basics of education?

DAFUQ GIMLI?!

Well, from the looks of it, if traditional education is a means of invading Eldant’s culture then having a mix of foolishness ought to lighten up the mood. And I think talking nonsense is, in itself, a good method of education. Good thing they didn’t focus much on the basic education scheme. It would’ve probably made the shit boring.

Now that eargasm sounded like Hajime from Gatchaman Crowds

With the possible involvement of Bahailm, Shinichi’s influence has gone quite far. Matoba’s advice felt quite ominous, things may not bode well for all of them later on.

I really don’t understand the Invader idea. Or rather, why Shinichi is so much “troubled” by it.

He’s still naive I guess. Then again, the Japanese seem to have a complex over the label “invader” after WW2 or something ^^;.
