Transcending Reality

Wallpaper Quality?!

The animation leveled up in this episode as they make Rikka’s vivid world so damn inviting. From the magical battle of epic proportions to the above scene featuring Rikka’s home, the quality has been deliciously consistent. Now I’m not expecting they will continue this captivating imagery in the next episodes but they really followed through in capturing their audience with how they presented this one.

And not falling behind, we face the scary bitch in the neighborhood…

What the fuck man! She recorded Yuuta’s escapades from two years ago yet restrained herself from distributing it via live channels? Did she foresee this moment where she can blackmail him using that? Scary! SCARY AS FUCK!!

Between the two sisters, I’d say the older one has more serious issues than the younger one, and society will never realise it until it’s too late. That’s how scary it is for me.

Yeah, good episode, fantastic battle scene, imaginary or otherwise :p. Art quality really high. Still not (yet) as impressive as what they did in Hyouka though ;).

I can’t see the angle where Touka becomes a bigger threat than Rikka. Is this because she has lost her capability to imagine? Or is it because she grounds Rikka and restrains her freedom?

Well, Hyouka did had to snowball since it ran 2 cour. Maybe we’ll see better quality with this anime in the following episodes though I guess I’m enjoying this for what it’s been providing. The animation is a HUGE bonus.

She’s willing to beat up teenagers for trivial reasons. Blackmailing just to get a cat out of her way? ^^; Allergy or not, there’s something wrong there. What’s with keeping that secret recording for years? Some interesting hobby she has there :p. Chuunibyou seems harmless in comparison from my point of view.
