The moment she started singing I immediately decided to not give a fuck.
It’s not that I think Yuuki Aoi is a bad singer, the idea of singing your battles away 24/7 sounds really retarded. It would’ve been awesome if it was a chant much like how some of the battles in Ao no Exorcist go but to actually sing after a tune, it really sounds way off. Whatever, call me ignorant but I still can’t digest the idea =|

I found that a bit strange as well but I was intrigued by it. I’m going to watch episode 2 and evaluate my feelings afterwards.

lol. Well, I thought it was ridiculous story wise. And the faux German terms just reminds me of all those old anime that had similar themes (which I found totally ridiculous and not enjoyable). I like the character designs though. The pacing is almost perfect in my opinion. Love the animation. I guess that’s the good part about anime these days compared to the 90s, at least the art and animation is decent.
Watched the second episode. Still find it ridiculous :p. However, for some reason, I want to watch the next episode XD. I guess I might drop it eventually as I anticipate it will get more ridiculous, but I can’t help liking the character designs.

Sure, assuming I don’t drop it XD. The last shot in the first episode was such a troll when viewed with the second episode. If the third episode ends up making the last shot of the second episode feel just as bad, I might start getting annoyed and think about dropping it. Then again, given how long it took me to drop Penguindrum, I might end up watching till the end. This is only 13 episodes long after all.

lol. Unless the singing gets really bad, I don’t think it will be excruciating (famous last words XD). I think this should turn out better than Sacred Seven at least :p.
